    Our Story

    We started this truck as two Billings locals who love great meat, gorgeous produce, and flavors that are exciting and delicious.  As a husband-and-wife team, we do everything ourselves--from prepping fresh ingredients to making every sauce in-house--because that's how the magic happens.  Let's Get Fresh is where passion meets playfulness, where veggies get a glow-up, and where our community gets fed with love.

    Our menu is built around bright flavors, fresh ingredients, and food that shows off a little.  Everything starts with high-quality meats, vibrant produce, and our signature in-house sauces that have major personality.  Whether you're here for tacos, wraps, quesadillas, pico de gallo, ceviche, or smoothies, we've got flavors that flirt with your taste buds in the best way.
